About

Neuro-Works is led by James, a proudly neurodivergent advocate who understands the need for genuine inclusion - not just as a concept, but as everyday practice. While he guides the vision, this is a business built by the community, for the community, focused on teaching others how to create spaces that truly support and welcome neurodivergent people.

Our team includes other neurodivergent professionals whose lived experience shapes everything we do.

Our Services

We’re here to fill the gap between good intentions and real understanding.

Too often, inclusion is talked about but not truly practiced, especially when it comes to neurodiversity. We help bridge that gap by giving people the tools, context, and confidence to create spaces where everyone can genuinely belong.

Neuro-Works operates on Kaurna land. We believe that our collective culture will never reach its full potential until we embrace the history and truth of the oldest cultures of this land.

We are committed to creating inclusive spaces for all, embracing not only neurodiversity but also the full spectrum of gender identities and sexual orientations within the LGBTQIA+ community.

At Neuro-Works, everyone’s voice matters, and true inclusion means honouring and respecting all aspects of human identity. We celebrate diversity in all its forms, including race, religion, and every walk of life.
